This flow turns payment confirmation into a governed pilot onboarding path: eligibility review, safety acknowledgement, workspace request, and pilot briefing. Payment does not unlock clinical finalization.
2. Eligibility review
We confirm lab type, use case, and whether evaluation can use public, synthetic, or de-identified cases only.
3. Safety acknowledgement
No PHI, no final diagnosis, no final ACMG, no treatment recommendation, and no clinical release during controlled pilot access.
4. Workspace request
The governed pilot workspace is activated only after payment, qualification, and safety acknowledgement are complete.
5. Pilot briefing
A guided briefing sets scope, case target, reviewers, feedback cadence, and pilot completion criteria.
6. Review package evaluation
The lab evaluates review-ready packages, missing-evidence notes, conflict notes, and human-review routing.
Safety boundary
Payment activates governed pilot onboarding only. It does not activate PHI processing, final diagnosis, final ACMG classification, treatment recommendations, clinical release, or autonomous finalization. Human review remains required.
